The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances across all identified duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. alpa77 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify alpa77 immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be notified to alpa77 promptly. alpa77 reserves the right to request updated verification documentation when Account details change.
Note: alpa77 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
alpa77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice; current options are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on alpa77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). alpa77 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the User.
alpa77 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit matches, and other incentive programs to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these Gene ral Terms & Conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are published on the specific promotion's terms. Bets placed on sports markets and casino games contribute to wagering requirements at differing percentages as set out in the promotion details. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
alpa77 reserves the right to classify certain betting patterns as bonus abuse, including but not limited to: intentionally low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors ("odds discrepancies"), collusion, using matched betting strategies in a manner intended to extract bonus value, or placing bets simultaneously on opposing markets to guarantee a return. All wagers placed on the alpa77 Platform are governed by published game rules, sports betting rules, and settlement rules. alpa77 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, lines, and event information displayed on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a game provider's result and what is displayed to the User, the game provider's official result shall be considered final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
alpa77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at any time and without prior notice, where alpa77 reasonably believes that:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. alpa77 will retain records of your Account activity as required by applicable compliance and record-keeping obligations. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, eligible real-money balances will be returned per the standard withdrawal process.

All formal correspondence, complaints, and dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English. alpa77 may, at its discretion, provide Indonesian-language assistance for informal support communications, but English shall be the binding language of record for all legal and compliance purposes.
alpa77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, alpa77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
